What happens when a food delivery arrives and the recipient is not home?

No signature is required for the delivery of one of our boxes. If the recipient is not home, UPS will leave it at the recipient's door. If the box cannot be delivered due to weather or local restrictions, UPS will attempt delivery the next business day.

We encourage our recipients to sign up for UPS My Choice® | UPS to keep track of their packages at every step of the process. If the package is already in transit to be delivered, they cannot schedule it, but they can set up a pickup location, update their address, add delivery instructions, and get delivery notifications through text.
